- • Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level.
- • The tape should sit gently against the body without tightening.
Bel / Waist
- • Belin doğal kıvrımını bulun; en ince noktadan ölçüm alın.
- • Mezura rahat oturmalı; boşluk bırakmadan, sıkmadan.
- • Measure around the natural waistline at its narrowest point.
- • Keep the tape comfortably fitted, not tight.
Kalça / Hip
- • Kalçanın en geniş noktasından, mezurayı yere paralel şekilde ölçün.

- • Measure around the fullest part of the hips, keeping the tape level.
