Find your order in My Account > My Orders and click Return. Fill out the form and send it.
Return Process
When your return request is approved by us, send it to us via the relevant cargo using the cargo customer code we have specifically defined for you in the Returns section.
Return Results
Your money will be refunded when your cargo reaches us. You can check the process in the returns section. Click for detailed information!
