Shipping Inquiries

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it free of charge within 20 business days.
Log in to your account and click the return option. Once your return request is approved by us, you can send it back using the Hepsijet service we have defined. After the package reaches us, your refund will be processed.
We do not offer exchange options.
